The inspiration comes from McKee Botanical Garden, Inc. a private, not-for-profit cultural organization located at the southern gateway to Vero Beach, Florida. The colors are primarily pink and greens. This was a commissioned oil painting and was sold to a collector.
Nancy Tilles is an award winning artist, well known for her paintings and portraits. Her paintings are joyful expressions brought to life through color and form. As a portrait artist, her focus is on the individual and her work reflects this bias, each painting a story about the subject’s life.
